Item was shipped promptly and arrived in the given amount of time. Apon examination the cup was cracked, and the straw was bent in half and shoved inside cup to allow it to fit in the box shipped in. Contacted seller and the offered a full refund. Only reason I am not leaving positive feedback is because the crack in the cup was not listed in the description and for whatever reason they thought bending the straw in half was a good idea. Would Grade this a C+ and would consider buying from again.
