The experience with the seller was very positive despite the item not arriving at all. 2 weeks after the purchase I reached out to to the seller to see if they might have an update on the estimated delivery date since the tracking feature showed the item was never received by the post office to send. It looks like the item was stolen at the post office, so the seller provided a full refund.
