Great Addition to your Bowie collection
As far as new music you're getting the 4 extra songs, which were previously released on the 2002 expanded CD. The second CD of that release contains 12 songs including demos of Ziggy and Lady Stardust and Arnold Carns versions of Moonage Daydream and Hang on to Yourself. So if you are looking for more songs from this incredible album I suggest that CD set, which also comes with a nice booklet. I purchased this album because along with those extra songs on vinyl, it's all Abbey Road half-speed mastered, which makes for slightly better sound quality. That, and the limit run which may make its worth increase over the years. Wish these RSD releases had a little more inside, like a nice inner sleeve or booklet, this one does not.
