Some of the initial pressings of this LP were defective. On those pressings, track A4, which was supposed to be “You Can't Catch Me”, was a repeat of track A7, “Sweet Little Sixteen.” Variant 2 reflects the runouts for the defective pressing. These pressings were likely only included in the Lennon Box Set, but added here in case some were distributed outside of the box set.
