– Labels have 'That's All Right' as '3a' and 'Amazing Grace' as '3b' on side A, and 'Henry' as '0' side B. Sleeve has 4 tracks to each side.
– No 'Made in England' in box to the right of spindle hole.
– No 'copyright control' listed in side B label publishing credits.
– Front sleeve has a black (not white) Mercury label at top.
