Different cover to the regular US picture disc release ([r2880127]). Another difference is that the 'A' and 'B' sides of this disc are printed as "SIDE I" and "SIDE II" respectively, whereas on the regular release, the record's sides are printed "SIDE ONE" and "SIDE TWO". Also, the 'Fitzgerald Hartley' branding on the promo appears on a different area to the regular edition. The Canadian picture disc ([r879559]) was apparently released in a similar sleeve to this promo edition, though the reverse side design/wording differs. There is also another US version, in a similar sleeve, though this has wording on the reverse of the cover indicating that it is a limited edition of 1000 ([r11499931]).
