Errors on both labels resulted in two label variants for each side of the Indianapolis pressings:
The first set of labels had errors on both sides: an incorrect 1:47 timing for track A6 and an incorrect "Banda-Young" songwriting credit for track B1 (r=5040241).
This version has the B1 writing credit corrected to "Vanda-Young" but retains the incorrect 1:47 Side 1 label
Another version has the correct 2:07 A6 timing but retains the "Banda" error on Side 2 ([r=7979379]).
A fully-corrected fourth version has A6 timing 2:07 and B1 writing credit as "Vanda-Young" ([r=11369954])
