Item Description

The Beatles White Album Mono PMC 7067/ PMC 7068 as released 22/11/1968,
Low Number of 0005349 stamped at an angle to front The Beatles also angled standing proud of Sleeve,
Initial Copies Pressed left off the EMI Credit which was a contractual obligation so presses were halted and this was corrected on later pressings,
The EMI Credit missing from all 4 Labels,
The Purchase Tax Code is also missing,
The A Sides have have taped labels removed so it most probably a Factory Sample sticker has been taken off,
Matrix Numbers XEX 709-1 XEX 710-1 XEX 711-1 XEX 712-1 Mother 1GR , 2P,1H 1P in same order,

The Sleeve is a top opener and lovely and clean with its low number of 0005349 which is where the value is really,
The Beatles were aware by 1968 that customers were listening in both formats Mono Stereo so they made the mixes on both Albums different , Stereo had won the argument by November of 1968 so fewer Mono s were retailed,
The Vinyl has light scratches in places non-sounding but there is a click on the quieter start of Revolution No 9 due to mark on vinyl,
Overall as a package Excellent the really important part being the White sleeve which is prone to showing every sign of misuse,

LP s outside of sleeves in associated inner bags to avoid wear in transit
