Grading:

Sleeve: VG : Sleeve is in great condition with only a few bent corners and a bit of sticker residue at the top left corner and on the back on the top right side. Gatefold and seam are both in excellent condition. Super rare first press of a very rare record only seen a few other times around online

Disc: VG : Disc looks like it has only been played a few times and has only a few small surface marks but almost barely anything visible. a few frays in the spindle but no marks. Incredible copy that is almost NM
