This is the infamous 3rd Press, or 1st Yellow Black Parlophone Label.
These elusive labels are even rarer than the Northern Songs Golds, and for many years went unnoticed till very recently.
Youll see 10 Gold Stereos on eBay before 1 of these pop up.
This is my second best 3rd pressing with the 1 P / 1G Mother Stampers, as the first is with the full stereo run on my other auction .
Conservatively graded at Ex-, this is very very hard to get in mint, and prices have varied from 3000 to 7000 for a real stunner.
Outer Sleeve is also a very rare Gold Stereo cover, which is correct for this preessing as these were very early and were on sale at the time as the Stereo Golds The 1G stamper is also very sort after as these are usually the property of the Stereo Gold.
Vinyl plays Near Mint with just a few light superficial scratches and a couple non sounding needle marks here and there with no sticks or jumps.
Graded at Ex- Priced at a conservative 2800 in the 2014 Rare Record Guide and at No.13 in the 200 all time rare records Rare Record Price Guide/Mag 2012 just after the Stereo Golds .
Comes complete with the correct Patents Pending EMITEX inner sleeve.
