Unfortunately, item (ring) arrived broken but not the fault of seller's shipping as it was packaged with care. It seems the glue melted off or something. Seller quickly responded to issue/photo and offered a full refund without even asking for item to be returned. So although it was a sad situation; seller rectified so still a great seller! Thanks!
