OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE & COMMUNICATIONS!! GREAT PRODUCT... although the top right corner of the Album Sleeve was creased upon receiving my Order. I didn't bother contacting the Seller, because I was just happy to get a copy of this for my vinyl Collection. My Order was SHIPPED ON TIME, though! Overall, I am rather satisfied with my purchase. Had this Box Set been shipped with extra bubble wrap around the item, it would have prevented the crease from happening... just for future shipping.

Item delivered in a decent timeframe and importantly the quality of this used record was as described. Postage a little high for a 7" record but happy overall with the transaction and would certainly buy items in future from this seller.

We have to despatch items with tracking, and I use custom packaging, so wouldn't say packaging was high. Appreciate feedback though.
