The original box set released in Australia consisted of an imported box, outer slip case and Get Back book (from the UK) under catalogue PXS 1 with a locally pressed album under the standard catalogue number PCSO 7096. The included album featured the first two label variations (side 2 with and without the dot next to the manufacturing credit).

The album was subsequently released as a stand alone entity in December 1970 and the Box Set removed from the catalogue.

Issued in a fully laminated sleeve with Red Apple logo on back cover. Note that all Australian releases feature the Red Apple. It was never corrected unlike the UK sleeves.
