The labels for the West Coast pressing have Maclen Music, on one line with Inc. below it; while the East Coast pressing has Maclen at top with Music, Inc. on a second line below it; and the Los Angeles pressing has Maclen Music, Inc. printed all in one single line.

On the labels of this version, the Lady Madonna side resembles the West Coast pressing style, while The Inner Light side resembles the Los Angeles wide font pressing style.

A star (*) in the runout of each side indicates that this record was pressed at the Los Angeles, California plant.

The upper sleeve edges are cut straight across, with the Inner Light side extending 3/16 inch (5 mm) above the Lady Madonna side. The flaps from the Lady Madonna side are glued inside the Inner Light side.
