THE RECORD EXPERIENCE >>
I am back selling records after a few months off due to other commitments. Many of the records are in top condition. I have had 25+ years selling vinyl and if you have purchased off me in the past will know I can grade and am a fair seller, please see my feedback.
Please note Mint- disc here will be like new, my Excellent grade will be also like many peoples idea of far higher, a VG disc here will not be trashed rubbish, a VG+ disc will be of a decent standard.
SGT. PEPPERS'S LONELY HEARTS CLUB BAND
NIMBUS SUPERCUT PARLOPHONELP(PCS 7027)**
This has been the prize in my record collection for many years. This week, I decided to sell some of my Beatles collection. After much deliberation, Ihad a big decision to make. As this item was still sealed prior to listing, I opened the item for the following reasons (proof of this can be seen in the last three photos provided). a) I did not want to post it with the record still in its cover due to the risk of spicing. b) To verify the item, labels and condition c) To be able to guarantee to the buyer with confidence that they will receive that which is stated, which is one of the rarest Beatles pressings ever produced. I am delighted to report that the vinyl was never played prior to opening. Please note that I only played 30 seconds at the start of both sides and can confirm the sound quality is legendary as befits the Nimbus reputation. The record has now been safely stored once again.
The Record / Visual Mint- As New!! / As stated, pristine playing surfaces. On the turntable there is the most minuscule of warps to the trained eye due to the shrink. Most sellers would not even notice or mention this. This cannot be seen when holding the disc. Most records held in shrink for this amount of time will do this. Please note that I am being hyper sensitive but I state all.
The Inner /Original poly lined inner in top condition.
The Cover / Excellent / Cover still in shrink and as stated neatly opened today by myself. Gold Nimbus sticker under shrink. I can see only one light crease to the top left hand side. Some light natural aging to the shrink, which has protected the cover over the years. The original cut-outs are pristine as they have lived in the cover in their life.
The Labels / Mint
The Matrix /YEX 637-A1 / YEX 638-B2 Nimbus England stamped in deadwax Also other small stamping codes. All correct for a genuine article.
