Here is a chance to own one of the most sought after Beatles records. This is the first pressing of their debut album 'Please Please Me', estimates reckon there was only about 25,000 printed,so this is seriously rare.It has all the first pressing hallmarks such as "Dick James Mus Co" Publishing Credit for 'I saw her standing there'. and the text on the coverare all in their right places.
Vinyl isin 'very good/excellent' condition, has afewvery light marks on both sides, these can only be seen under a very strong bright light. Labels are also very clean with no unwanted names or writing, and there is a remarkable lack of spindle marks suggesting it may not have had to many plays. I've played it right through and apart from the very occasional crackle plays excellent.
Sleeve isalso in 'very good/excellent' condition, has at some time had cellotape down the opening, (please see photos). There is a small amount of general handling wear on the back cover, but thankfully there are no unwanted names or writing.
In summary not 'mint' but still a very nice copy of this much loved and sought after debut first pressing 'Beatles' album.

In the unlikley event you have a problem with your purchase, please contact me first, before you leave feedback, I 'WILL' sort it out for you.
I try to be as accurate as possible with my grading of the records, based on the guide in the Record Collector magazine, but occasionally peoples perception of a record are very different. In this case if the record is far removed from the discription I put, then I will give a full refund.
In other words if I haven't put 'Mint' or 'Excellent' then it isn't.!!!
MINT: Brand new condition, no surface marks no deterioration in sound, all paperwork should be in perfect condition
Excellent: The Record shows some signs of being played, there is very little lessening of sound quality. The packaging may have very slight signs of wear and /or creasing.
Very Good: The Record has been played a number of times, but there is no major deteriation in sound quality, despite slight surface marks andthe occasional light scratch.
Good; The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps some mild scratches. The cover suffers from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits and discoloration.
Fair: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise. It may even jump. The cover andcontentswill be torn, stained and/or defaced.
Poor/Bad : Forget it!!!!!
