This is an early Lexington Ave.
pressing with RVG in the trail off, the ear , and is a mono issue.
Includes the old Blue Note inner sleeve.
The deep groove is on both sides.
The cover has average wear you can see in the photos and a 4 split on the bottom seam near the opening.
