Item Description

This is the Beatles 1st album Please Please Me on the black and yellow Parlophone label PCS 3042.
As can be seen in the pics the labels do not state the publishing date or recording first published statement.
It s the genuine 4th pressing after the 2 black and golds and the small 33/13 issue.
I have just replayed this record and it plays excellently with just a few pops and the odd click here and there.
The is some background noise in between tracks but nothing really to spoil the enjoyment of the playback.
Visually the vinyl retains its sheen but there are some careless scuffs more so on side 2 but none of these interfere with playback.
The labels are really nice with hardly any spindlewear.
The stampers are 1P and 1G, the very 1st stamper MT tax code on side 2.
The sleeve has the correct large stereo designation and is fairly respectable with a nice shine to the front panel, the corners have some bumps and minor creasing, the rear is a little grubby, the top and bottom flaps have some wear, please view the pics.
The record comes with the correct poly lined emitex inner sleeve.
A rare variation.
