WITH POSTER!
This is a beautiful copy of one of the WHO's rarest albums. This is a 1967 STEREO issue and we reckon stereos are rarer than MONO copies.
This is especially exciting as it is one of only 500 made with the poster!
Since it is so rare and will be of great interest to a colllector so I will describe in detail the condition.
THE COVER. This is beautifully clean and intact. The spine is perfect with no creasing (see picture). There are no tears or creases on the opening. The laminate is intact but there is a slight crease under Townshend's arm where the laminate has seperated from the cover. This looks to have been caused during manufacture. The cover was made by Ernest J Day as were first editions. The sticker advertising the poster is still stuck on Entwistle and is intact.
THE RECORD. Can truly be described as 'near to mint'. The playing surfaces have a proper shine. There are absolutely no scratches at all. Under the strongest light there are some minute hairline marks. The labels are unmarked and since there are only a couple of spindle marks on each side I would presume this has hardly been played more than a couple of times. The audio quality is perfect!
THE POSTER. This is 100% mint. The folds are crisp and sharp and it has never been stuck on a wall so no pin holes or blu-tak. It is absolutely beautiful!
This will be a fabulous addition to a WHO fan's collection. They are rarely seen like this!
