| Gibson Chet Atkins SST This is the steel strung version NOT nylon. Was created by Gibson to give an accoustic effect without the feedback which comes with normal accoustic guitars. I have had this one for about 8 years and sadly it has to make way for a Gibson L5. This model will become a collectors item as it is now discontinued and is vintage valued at around $1300. Also the original Gibson models appear to be much better than the new ones ( I first bought a new one which I hated and returned). The serial no is 93492442 which I think is around 1992. There are some small indentation on the the back and some very minor one's on the front, not really visible either on the photo or in reality as being jet black it doesn't show. There are no other issues with the guitar, no fret wear, tunes perfect and apart from these indentations the guitar is in really good condition. No paint scratches. Plays really nicely, and gives a very unique accoustic sound, great for country style hence the great Chet signature.
Happy bidding !!!
