Matrix numbers: XAR 777 21B/M6 231498 & XAR 778 21B/M6 231499
Vinyl weight: 157g
Housed in its stylish fully laminated French designed/printed flipback cover
Unfortunately, as you can see, there is some black marker & blue ball-point pen marks on both labels.
Both playing surfaces are clean but bear numerous surface marks consistent with the fair amount of play this copy has received. Most are light hairlines, but there are one or two scuffs which are slightly deeper and feelable beneath my fingertips.
Sound Quality: GOOD
This great sounding pressing retains all the excitement and power of its equivalent UK issue. Although this copy has been played many times I did not detect any significant deterioration to the sound quality overall. However my play-check did uncover some soft clicks on 'All I've Got To Do' and my stylus jumped once on 'Roll Over Beethoven'.
Cover: VERY GOOD +
The striking front panel is clean & glossy with light storage rubbing and a few thumbnail/edge wrinkles. There is light shelfwear to the corner tips & an 8mm tear to the front opening edge which has been well repaired. The rear panel is clean with some age-toning but is otherwise clean & retains a full high-gloss laminate. Both flipbacks are fully intact and undamaged and both seams are smooth & unstressed. No original inner-sleeve is present with this copy.
The spine is clean & unworn and all of the text is undamaged and readable.
