David Bowie Changes Japan Mega Rare No Reserve Lol

DAVID BOWIE PICTURE SLEEVE SINGLE FROM JAPAN Title : Changes / Andy Warhol Manufacturer : RCA Serial : SS - 2184 I don t really need to wax lyrical about how rare this record is, you will either want it, desire it, need it or you won t.
You do need to know however that it will be probably a very long time before another one comes onto eBay as this one and the two Philips issues from Japan seem to be the reserve of specialist Japanese auction houses.
Sleeve / Insert sheet - I am not going to grade this as it s too subjective for such a rare item.
I have tried to show in the scans and photos exactly what you can expect.
Please make your own mind up.
Areas to check are the abrasion line that runs through the O L of WARHOL on the black type on the front title print.
There are also two lines and a spot of ink missing from the right hand edge on the front, level with the top of David s left ear, not that you can see the top of the ear because of the hair The rear is pretty clean, usual yellowing that you always appear to get on the Japanese insert sleeves.
Far left hand edge is the worse as you can see from the scans.
Company bag is the original issue.
Disc - VG?, both sides showing marks and feint scuffs.
Nothing that looks too serious, mostly just annoying to look at.
I bought this as an EX around 1990 direct from Japan, be under no illusions it is no where near that grade and wasn t when I received it.
I ve always bought for the covers unfortunately and simply cleaned the records, put them into new sleeves etc.
and into my Bowie boxes.
Please note that this is only a visual grading, I have never played this record.
