Like many promo CDs, this was issued with no back artwork - just the CD and front cover artwork in a slimline jewel case. The CD is in overall excellent condition - smooth, shiny surfaces - has a bit of surface scratching/scuffing but it is all superficial - nothing that affects play. CD plays great. Cover insert has some wear indenting in spots where sleeve is held in place by jewel case but looks good overall see pics . This is a great item.
