Sometimes Venezuelan Customs breaks packages or products in search of illegal drugs. It is not very common, but it is something that happens. We are not responsible if it happens. We are not responsible for managing that make the package at customs. We do not make refunds.

Shipping and Payment

Tracking number will be updated on eBay after shipment. Please be noted that tracking links can take up 2 to 4 days to activated. Items are sent from Caracas, Venezuela by Fedex.

Due to the political problems of Venezuela, the shipments are taking between 20 and 40 days to arrive. Please contemplate.

If you buy two of our products at the same time, you must cancel both shipping costs. Even if you want the shipment is made in the same package.
