Very Rare David Pemberton Winnebago 1981 Vancouver Canada Punk New Wave 7 45

Very RARE and highly collectable PUNK/ NEW WAVE 45 and Picture Sleeve by David Pemberton - Winnebago backed with I Know What You re Doing on Radio Active Records U-25S .
I believe this was released in 1981 in Canada.
Only 1 other copy has surfaced on E-bay of this record in the past and it sold for over 400.00.
The vinyl on this pressing is in perfect MINT condition and has never been played.
The sleeve is Near Mint Minus , it is a folded sleeve pressing showing no rips, etc.
just a few very lite storage wrinkles very clean...
