Metallica Black Limited Import 4 Cd enter vbox Set With Patch T Shirt Rare

This is so rare that I can t even find another copy for reference.
Could be an import from Belgium? The outer box is a hard and thick black plastic with a reverse embossed ENTER on the cover.
Inside is a thick paper stock calendar with a character illustration of the band over a The Unforgiven Logo.
This is the same design that is on the unworn, size XL, 100 cotton T Shirt.
There is also a custom patch of the band and a certificate numbered 636 of 1000.
