This listing is for an original 1997 Oar Fin Records INDIE Release from Hard Rock Artists, WILD CHILDHOOD, with their HOLY GRAIL SELF-TITLED release. This is one of those HOLY GRAIL CDs in the Hard Rock genre. The band hails from Iowa and they released this INDIE in microscopic numbers. They play a vast mix of Hair Metal, Hard Rock and Melodic Rock. The fun starts at the opening track, TAKE ME which is a killer Melodic Rock anthem, with layered harmonies on the chorus. The bluesy SWEET LOVIN, and the anthemic SET ME FREE, and DREAMERS AND LOVERS, and the party rocker STICK IT TO YA are a few examples of some stunning tracks. The band reminds me in spots of SADDLE TRAMP and BAD ANGELS on the harder edged tracks. This is the band s only CD that all collectors have been searching for a long time for.
