Italian Free Jazz milestone album here offered in stunning shape and extremely collectible copy signed by all the artists, Gaslini included. "DALL'ALBA ALL'ALBA" aka FROM DAWN TO DAWN - Suite Per Quartetto (Suite For Quartet) is one of the earliest works by the Italian Jazz maestro with same line up behind the scoring of UN AMORE, LE TUE MANI SUL MIO CORPO (Cinevox) and IL PACIFISTA (Cinevox) Soundtracks: Giorgio Gaslini at the piano, Gianni Bedori on alto sax, bariton sax and flute, Bruno Crovetto on contrabass, Franco Tonani at the drums. Early Avant-garde Jazz album by the maestro later become a famed Italian Free Jazz and Soundtrack composer originally live recorded at Teatro Dell'Arte, Milan 7th/8th Nov 1964. Geometrical sound effects with abstract and concrete Jazz cues proving first experiments and research of sound in Jazz from Italy. All the tracks are set up like an instantaneous improvisation to synchronize music to films. Full artists sign on the back sleeve with a special Gaslini's inscription dated March 9th 1971.
