Offered is an extremely rare and sought-after extended-play 45 on RCA Camden, Waltzes by Johann Strauss, Jr. (CAE 158). performed by the Century Symphony Orchestra (pseudonym for the Chicago Symphony Orchestra), issued in 1956. The cover art is by (then) up-and-coming commercial artist, Andy Warhol.

For a record that's over 50 years old, it's in super condition...I cannot swear that it is unplayed, but it appears to be. This seems to be from an unsold cache of 45s originally stocked by Jordan Marsh (a Boston retailer of yore). The Jordan Marsh price tag is still attached to the back cover! The edges and back cover have slight traces of age, but the seams are nearly perfect. The front cover image is as close to perfect as it can be.

According to the Warhol Covers website , there are only six confirmed copies of this rarity. I now offer the seventh.
