Ted Lucas Legendary Private Loner Stoner Acid Folk Psych Lp On Om Insert 1975

As there is a lot of misinformation on the label varieties I d like to take a second and address those. There was never really a legitimate 2nd pressing of this album in that the initial press didn t sell out so they made more . The initial pressing of this album was done with a yellow label or as Ted called it the lemon label BUT the company doing the pressing chose to use an inferior plastic mix than was contractually agreed upon probably to save some money so Ted took delivery of those but made them repress the albums using the proper vinyl mixture that was originally agreed upon and those with the correct mix have the pink label. The yellow labels are scarcer only being available mostly at gigs and shows during the time that the initial press came out and delivery of the contractually stipulated mix. I personally saw Ted destroy boxes of the yellow label when he got a bit perturbed that he was still carting them around when I asked for a copy for a friend.

This auction is for a Vintage TED LUCAS s/t RARE psych stoner LP on Om5374 guaranteed mint and unplayed with the original Stanley Mouse designed jacket and a laser jet repro of the original Mouse ad/lyric sheet. 45 is also mint and never played. Jacket is in very good condition with some slight scuffing. Buy from me and you re buying directly from the estate of Ted Lucas and your purchase continues to help us fund future Ted Lucas projects. We ve recently had digitized some vintage videotapes of Ted Lucas appearing on the local shows Swinging Time, The Tom Shannon show and the PBS show Freeplay which we are working on incorporating into a movie.
