Hi and welcome to a very special auction for true Elvis Presley fans and collectors, not to mention the wise investor!  This is a one-of-a-kind find-- Elvis' debut album LP 1254 signed by the King himself!  Comes with PSA authentication and DNA identification. There is also a letter of provenance from the woman who purchased the album (already autographed) from a department store in Wichita in 1956. The album cover itself is generally in very good condition given its age.  There is a partial split on the top (shown in the photo) but this, in my opinion, should not affect the album's value in any substantial way, especially given the absolute rarity of this item and the fact that its value lies in the autograph itself!   The PSA authentication assures the value of your investment....its value can only increase as the years wear on.  (I have seen only one other signed Elvis debut album offered here on ebay WITHOUT 3rd party authentication and was sold on a Buy-it-Now for $4,250.00--obviously the purchaser recognized the value of such a precious find and quickly snapped it up!)  Thanks for looking and I welcome all questions and offers!
