This is the second Dick Morrissey Quartet album. It was recorded in summer 1963 for Doug Dobell s 77 Records label. There is a speculation as to whether this LP was only available from Doug s bookshop in London. Morrissey was the ripe old age of 23 when he made this album in association with the Ronnie Scott Jazz Club. A true gem in British jazz recording history, Dick Morrissey s Have You Heard?
