The vinyl plays very quietly where we spot-checked the sound. There is very faint low level surface noise only between tracks - this is not due to wear or a bad needle, but more likely a characteristic of the blue-colored vinyl. The sound is GREAT - with crisp highs and excellent bass and mid range.
