Volumes 7, 8, and 9 are included even though they are not pictured .
This is a very rare limited edition run of 10 each except volume 8 which went to 11 pressed on metal acetates.
Vol.1 - 6/10, Vol.2 - 3/10, Vol.3 - 3/10, Vol.4 - 3/10, Vol.5 - 4/10, Vol.6 - 6/10, Vol.7 - 2/10, Vol.8 - 4/11, Vol.9 - 2/10.
Not pictured - Volume 7 has color insert cover, but Vol 8 and Vol 9 have simple black and white insert covers.
I guess the budget ran dry for the nicer full color insert covers.
