Labels: MINT

A perfect pair with totally unworn centre hole with what could possibly be a single spindle mark from the factory on the side 2 label.

Visual: NEAR MINT

Pristine factory-fresh playing surfaces which are unmarked and retain all of their deep-gloss shine. Closer examination beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp reveals just some harmless wispy paper hairlines from the inner-sleeve on side 2 & a sparkling rainbow shine. No upgrade necessary here.

Sound Quality: MINT

This flawless sounding copy shows no physical signs of ever having been played. All tracks play cleanly & clearly with all of the warmth and clarity one would expect from this pressing. There is no trace of any groove/playwear, background or crackle, even on the delicate 'She's Leaving Home'. You will not find a finer sounding example.

Cover: EXCELLENT +

Much harder to find than their mono counterparts, this earliest stereo 'wide-spine' example is in exceptional condition.

The iconic front panel is clean & unworn and retains a totally unscratched high-gloss laminate bearing just two small 'thumbnail' wrinkles towards its opening edge.

There is a small bruise to the upper right corner but all others are sharp and unworn. There are a couple of tiny 'pushes' to the rear opening edge but no tears or feathering anywhere. The cover seems to have been slightly misfolded in the factory as a small overlap is visible along the lower edge from the front and on the upper edge from the rear.

Both panels inside the gatefold are clean & glossy with just a sliver of missing paper along the exposed edge of the left flipover.

The rear panel is just as glossy and is without any 'thumbnails'.

There is a small shelfwear bruise to the lower left corner but the seams of both pockets are smooth, unstressed and unsplit.

The spine is clean, square & uncrushed along its entire length and retains its full lamination.

Inner-sleeve: NEAR MINT

Clean, uncreased & white where it should be, with no seam splits, tears or writing.

Cut-out sheet: MINT
